Peace of mind for both gift givers and recipients—return items purchased during the holiday season within 30 days! Received an unsuitable gift? Don't worry, we can help. Most items purchased within 30 days are returnable with the original receipt or gift receipt.
We monitor returns through the use of third-party services and reserve the right to restrict returns or exchanges (with or without a receipt).
What cannot be returned?
Gift cards, donations, customized items, personalized items, altered items, body jewelry, face masks, false eyelashes, ear piercing kits, perishable food, services
Is the original label required for returns?
We require returned items to have the original label.
How long will it take for a refund to appear on my bank or debit card?
For information on refunds to third-party credit cards, please contact your card issuer. Refunds typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the date the item was received.
